You could try the Haynes or Chilton repair manuals, but I doubt if it would be very detailed. One thing I have done though, is go to a dealership with a parts department and tell them you need a specific part from the door lock assembly, but don't know what to call it, and they can give you an illustrated parts breakdown. That's about as detailed as you can get.
autozone.com has great detailed listings jody goodyear tire and rubber
I was looking at a picture on fordparts.com for the 2.3 liter DOHC engine in a 2002 Ford Ranger and the water pump is at the very front of the engine , towards the drivers side of the engine
under the drivers door under the drivers door
On a 1998 Ford Ranger : Open the drivers door and in the drivers end of the dash you will see the removable plastic fuse panel cover
Open the tailgate and remove the retaining bolts from the side of the lamp housing (tail light assembly). Take the assembly out of the fender. Rotate the bulb socket to align the lugs and take the socket out of the housing. To remove the bulb from the socket, carefully pry the retaining clip and pull the bulb out. Installation is the reverse. - Haynes Repair Manual #36071, 1993-2005 Ford Ranger Pick-ups.
