The battery in a sunl 150cc scooter is under the foot mat (remove 2 screws and fold mat back toward seat) in a rectangular compartment (right hand/throttle side). Remove 2 or 4 screws and remove compartment cover to reveal the battery. kimbacat

If you're going to be doing any freeway driving at 65+ mph, you might need to upgrade to a 250, but for everything else, the 150cc scooter will get you around town really well.
