The Bibe says this in a number of instances. There are others, but the one that comes to mind is found at 2 Chronicles 20:17 (in context, see 2 Chr 20:13-22). You might also want to look at 1 Sam 12:16, and Num 9:8.

But also specific to an indidual, see Job 37:14.

I suggest the New King James (NKJV) or the American Standard Version of 1901 (ASV) for the most faithful translation and modern language rendering. Since many people bicker about which translation of The Bible to read, I suggest learning what all the primary translations have to say, and why using on-line tools such as: Biblos.com. Doing this will, and reading/studying daily, will deepen your understanding of God's Word.
