Bad transmission if auto Bad clutch if std.
why wont a 1991 Eagle Talon TSI go passed 5000 RPM
It is quite possible that your clutch is not disengaging the transmission from the motor. Also, your synchros could be bad, which would not allow it to go into gear.
i dont know....MAYBE WHERE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FILLER CAP IS...ITS WHITE SO YOU NOTICE IT!!!
the
need to remove transmission, sounds like a bad clutch if your goin to replace that, replace the flywheel also, but stock oem flywheels are discontinued, you could get a used one and get it resurfaced but it's best to go with a new one in mycase, i got an act2100 clutch and act prolite flywheel
The clutch uses DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid, and shares the reservoir with the brake system. The brake fluid reservoir is the same as the clutch fluid reservoir.

On The Floor.
On a 2001 Ford Focus : The brake fluid reservoir is used for the brake and clutch systems
If you have already checked the brake fluid levels, you'll have to replace the master cylinder.
i just replaced mine in my 95 tsi awd, i got the act2100 clutch was around 300 and if you do replace the clutch you need to replace the flywheel in which our flywheels are discontinued for stock so you need to get an upgradeded one which i got the act prolite which is for our car that was around 350 that's the best way to go unless you have lots of mods you can go up to 2600 2900
