Just un hook the hose's from heater core and put a piece of pipe in them or something and hook them together.
Cut both heater hoses and hook them together. Make the hose go from the motor to the radiator.
Its more than likely your heater core.

cut all the hoses and wires and hook a chain to it and rip it out.
One goes from the heater core to the water pump, the other goes from the heater core to the intake manifold.
Remove the heater hoses from the heater core at the firewall and hook them together. In order to connect to two same diameter hoses together, get a 5 or 6 inch piece of pipe which is the same diameter as the heater core tubes from which the hoses were removed. Install the pipe halfway into one hose and secure tightly with a worm-drive hose clamp. Then once secure, do the same with the other hose.j3h.
