It located as you are looking at the engine to the left of the tbi on a mounting bracket on top of the bracket it has a four wire connector connecting to the module
4.5 qts with filter change.

ya it should work the only difference is slave cylinder mounting location you may need to replace the line going to the slave cylinder you may also need to fabricate a mounting bracket you may have to change the bellhousing and through out bearing fork

you can get the 2.5 liter and it should line up as long as you get the same year engine to line up on the tranmission.
