There is no fan control switch, and no direct connection to any sensor or switch on that vehicle. The system works like this. The computer(PCM) decides when to turn on the fan. The PCM looks at engine temperature from the ECT sensor, and AC input from the AC control head switches. When the PCM decides that you need the cooling fan to come on, it uses the cooling fan relay, and the cooling fan high speed relay to turn on the fan, and whether it should run at low speed, or high speed. The power input to the cooling fan comes from the cooling fan relays.
Use a motor magnetic contactor to control the motor. Use the micro switch in series with the contactor's coil. When the micro switch closes the contactor will pull in. When the micro switch opens the contactor will drop out and disconnect the motor. Remember to connect the contactor's overload contacts, also in series, into the run circuit so that if the motor gets into an overload condition, the run circuit will also drop the contactor out.
If you are saying the blower motor will not work, then check the fuse. If the fuse is not blown, then it is possibly a defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack, blower motor, or blower motor speed control switch, in that order. If you are saying the blower motor will not work, then check the fuse. switch gear is apparatus used for switching, controlling and protecting the electrical circuit and equipment. MCC (motor control centers) is switch gear cabinet single operator panel.motor control centre groups of motor controllers and related devices in a compact structure.MCC is a bunch of motor feeders from where you can control power to connected motors.that's why it is called motor control center.
I would suggest that you connect all components in series. That is, + of the first battery to - of the second. + of that battery to the switch and the second terminal of the switch to the motor. The last wire from the motor back to the - of the first battery. To reverse direction of the motor just swap the leads. There are many factors that will also affect speed such as how the motor is connected to the wheels, type of bearings, even the width and diameter of the wheels. Good luck and have fun!
If you are talking about motor control then the answer is yes. There are two things to take into account though. One, is the motor thermally protected. This is for overload protection. On fractional HP motors it will indicate this on the nameplate. If the motor is not protected, then a fractional HP motor switch should be used. Incorporated into this switch is a heater element that the motor current flows through. If the motor current gets over the motor nameplate rating then the heater trips the switch and shuts the motor off. The other thing is that the switch has to be motor rated, currents and voltage matching the motor nameplate ratings. The specific switch has been designed to open motor currents under full motor loads. An ordinary house light switch is not motor load rated and should not be used for this purpose.
