On the Staten Island side, you get on at the terminal which is on Richmond terrace by the police station and the ball field. The train and any bus in the area going in that direction will go into the terminal. Manhattan side it's on Whitehall. You can take any train going downtown to south ferry,Whitehall, or Bowling green(you have to walk a few blocks from here).

∙ 11y agoThe Staten island ferry has two terminals. The terminal in Manhattan is called the Whitehall Terminal and is located on 4th South Street in New York, zip code 1004. Once you are on the ferry it will take you to Staten Island New York to the St. George Ferry Terminal located at the intersection of of Richmond Terrace and Bay Street.
