The thermostat is located in a houseing right behind the water pump. There will be a two bolt flange take the two bolt out and replace the thermostat there will be a rubber o-ring that goes around your thermostat make sure you get the right one because i think there is two different types.I think the two bolts are a 5.5 mm or a 5mm for size.

under the car on the passenger side of the oil pan there is a bolt holding a metal hose take the bolt off go further under the car and follow that metal hose at the end of that hose are two small bolts take those off there is your thermostat but change it while the engine is cold!!
