The '01 Mazda MPV with the 2.5 Liter engine actually has two timing chains, one for each side of the V6 engine. This engine has 2 overhead cams on each side of the engine (DOHC) controlled by the 2 chains.

Your '01 Lincoln Town car might not shift gears because it is low on transmission fluid or because the transmission is damaged.
No they do not. There is a seal between the transfur case and transmission to stop the transfur of fluid from 1 to the other.
If your Impala jerks while going up hills, it could be low on transmission fluid. If it does not do it on level ground, check the fluid and replace the filter.
i have this car i didnt know where it was in till recently the dipstick for the transmission is on the drivers side right under where the brake fluid resovour is look straight down and where the transmission shifter cables enter the transmission its a red plug that's ur dipstick. hope u find it cuz it kill me lol hard time finding it
According to our local Toyota dealership, the Toyota Tacoma Double Cab V6 takes between 4 and 4.5 quarts of transmition fluid.
If you just need to change the fluid, all you need is a metric socket set. There is one bolt under the pan that you loosen, the fluid will drain from there. If you plan to change the transmission filter, you need to remove the pans (it has about 20 bolts that you need to loosen), then 4-6 bolts holding the filter, you need to remove them. Before doing that, you need the following parts: Transmission filter Transmission gasket Regards, Brian
Auto uses Mopar ATF+4 only. Manual uses a NV3500 manual trans lube only.
The Honda passport is a sealed unit which is better serviced at the dealer. However for the mechanically inclined it does have a drain plug and a fill plug at the bottom and left side of transmission. You will need a pump to put the fluid in and when full, start vehicle and run the convertor pump should take n the fliud that's already in the transmission When transmission get to be around 110degrees pump in more fluid til it starts to run out. Then your transmission will be full. otherwise the dealer is the most logical answer.
