The fuel pump relay switch can be found on the vehicle frame rail. The relay switch will be to the left of the front of the fuel tank.
There is no relay, only a pressure switch that is wired directly to the instrument cluster with no relay in between. The pressure switch is located right next to the oil filter on a 4.6 or a 5.4 liter, and it is sticking out of the driver's side of the timing cover on a 4.2 liter.
The 2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4 liter engine radiator cooling fan relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The relay switch will be in the third column, fourth from the top.

It's not under the hood on drivers side, the battery is and that's it no fuel relay.

there is not exactly a flasher relay for this car. technically your hazard switch is the flasher relay. you can get this "hazard switch " for about $30 on gmpartsdirect.com. i had to replace mine last year and i was also under the impression that i needed a flasher relay since the turn signal would just stay on. I had to fudge around with hazard switch push it a few time for the signals to work. that is when i figured it out that hazard switch is the flasher relay. i hope this helps.
