I think you mixed up the term Black Death and bubonic plague.
Its not plaque.
Assuming you meant the Bubonic Plague, it was not restricted to England. The whole of Europe and Central Asia were victims to its merciless ravage. It happened in the fourteenth century.
its not for England people
I have heard that rats did cause the Black Plaque or the small pox. But im pretty sure it was the Black Plaque.
The Black Plaque is the filth that accumulates on teeth which have never been introduced to a piece of floss. The Black Death is the feculent stench spewed by a mouth that carries the Black Plaque.

Plaque doesn't turn black. If your teeth are black, then they are rotten.Bubonic plague/black death was a pandemic, not only all over Europe, particularly western Europe, but also in China, where it originated.
It was called Black Death, Black Plaque and Bubonic Plaque.
I think the black plaque is also called the black death. You get bubble thingys on your skin, full of black stuff. Most people who catch it die. It was caught from rats. But they found a cure. I hope I helped you!
Bacteria grows on the teeth creating plaque. The black line stain is created from plaque but it's a different bacteria found normally near the gums
