Um.... I think that's a lie.
As tithe is not a person, you can only give it to god or the church.
There is no scripture that says that God dies.
Tithing was a medieval form of taxation under which landowners and farmers were required to hand over a "tithe", or a tenth of their produce to the government, instead of money. The Tithe Barn was where this produce was stored.
God gave very clear instructions in His Word how to figure His tithe. Leviticus 27:30-33, Numbers 18: The First Tithe - a tenth of crops and animals and commanded to take the tithe to the Levites. Deuteronomy 14:22-27: The Second Tithe aka The Festival Tithe - a tenth of crops, plus add to that the firstborn animals, and take for the yearly feast. Deuteronomy 14:28-29: The Third Tithe aka The Three-Year Tithe aka The Poor Tithe - a tenth of crops, kept at home, and invite the Levites, widows, orphans, stranger to eat. IF God wanted Christians to tithe on their income, He would have said so, and would have given specific instructions. God would not tell us to do something but not tell us how to do it.
Once the New Testament was established tithing was abolished. Tithing was replaced with voluntary giving. The New Testament church did not practice tithing.Your Tithe ExpertTheTithingHoax.com
God does not demand anything from us. He wants us to tithe and He will bless us for doing so.
Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house.
Some have argued that the only thing that matters is your personal faith in God, and that works were not important. However, the scriptures do command Christians to be obedient to God's commands.
All scripture is God breathed
divine command is command given by God
The heart of the sacred scripture is in the Gospel.Because JESUS CHRIST the incarnate Word of GOD is the heart and fullness of God's Revelation.
