They're legal to own, but they were also banned from further importation in 1990, as they were deemed to have no sporting value. To find one, you would have to find a used one which was up for sale.. Gun Broker, Auction Arms, Guns America.. auction sites like that are where I'd look. Be prepared to pay an exorbitant price for one, as well.
