I am assuming you mean when Satan deceived Adam and Eve? If so, it was in Genesis. Genesis chapter 3 is often entitled "The fall of man" or something similar, which may be what you're looking for.

But in case this wasn't, throughout The Bible Satan is often referred to as "the deciever", "the liar" and things of that nature.

Answer:

Jesus reveals to us that Satan is the "FATHER OF LIES." He "originated the sin." He was the very first to lie.

"...because there is no Truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for HE IS A LIAR, andTHE FATHER OF IT." (John 8:44)

(NIV): "...there is no Truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."

What does the Bible say about the devil owning us before you were comited to god?

The bible says that before we come to know Him through Christ, we are all slaves to the Father of Lies, Satan himself. In order to be made free of this, Jesus Christ had to come and die for our sins. Once He did that, and if we accept His free gift of salvation, we are no longer slaves to the devil but instead sons and daughters of God.

Where in the Bible does it say Satan is Omnipresent or Omnipotent?

The bible makes no such claims. It would, in fact, be quite heretical to claim that Satan is either omnipresent or omnipotent. Those are usually thought to be attributes of God only.

When Mormons pray why don't they say Our Dear Heavenly Father of Satan since it's the truth according to them?

Because Mormons believe that God the Father is the Father and creator of ALL THINGS, including you, me, Jesus Christ, and Satan. Therefore we are all brothers and sisters. Just as you and I are brothers, Jesus is our brother, Satan is our brother, and Jesus and Satan are brothers. The difference is Satan was rebellious and tried to take the power of his Father, and therefore was cast out. We don't close our prayers that way because Satan lost all the opportunities and privileges that come with being a child of God when he rebelled.

Do mormons believe jesus and Satan are brothers?

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) believe that God the Father is the Creator and Father of all things. (See John 1:3; Acts 17:24; Malachi 2:10; Ephesians 4:6; Proverbs 16:4; Revelation 4:11) As such, we can logically come to the conclusion that He is the Father and creator of Jesus Christ, as well as the Father and Creator of Satan - making Jesus a "brother" of Satan in the same spiritual sense that Christ is the elder brother of you and of me. Mormons believe that Satan became the devil and was cast out of heaven because he disobeyed God by trying to exalt himself and usurp God's authority and power. (see Isaiah 14:12-14; Luke 10:18) The Bible Dictionary published by the Church has this to say about the devil or Satan: "…The devil is the enemy of righteousness and of those who seek to do the will of God. Literally a spirit son of God, he was at one time 'an angel' in authority in the presence of God, however, he rebelled in the premortal life…[and was] cast out of heaven…" It should not be an extraordinary thing to say that God created Satan, as the Bible itself states that God created "all things… even the wicked" (Proverbs 16:4). If God did not create Satan, He would not be the Almighty Creator of all things, as the Bible says He is. In short, Mormons believe that both Satan and Jesus are sons (creations) of God, just as all mankind are children of God, because the Bible says that God created all things.
