Isaiah(The LORD is Saving) 40:8; "The grass withers, and the flower fades: but the Word of our GOD shall stand (endure, be proven, be fixed, persist, be fulfilled) for ever!" Isaiah 45:23, "I have sworn (adjured) by Myself, the Word is gone out (to lead and deliver) of my Mouth in Righteousness (because HE is Righteousness), and shall not return (without effect), that unto Me every knee shall bow (in humble reverence, but the greatest treasures are to those whom willingly do so now), and every tongue shall swear (confess allegiance that HE is GOD!)" Isaiah 55:11: "So shall My Word that goes forth out of My Mouth: It shall not return unto Me void (empty and without effect), but It shall accomplish (produce, ordain, act with effect) that which I please (desire and delight in), and It shall prosper (succeed in prosperity) in the thing that I send (impel) It." Jeremiah (whom the LORD appointed) 1:12: "...I will hasten (wakeful watch) My Word and perform (produce with effect) It." 23:9, "My Word is like a fire (cleansing Judgment)?
