the angel gabriel but in islam we say angel jibrael
Devout Muslims believe that the Koran (Quran) was written in heaven and dictated to the Prophet Muhammad by the angel Gabriel. Some scholars say that it is really based, in part, on the Old Testament and Christian beliefs.
Hazrat Jibraiel (AS) is the Arch Angel. He is chief of all the angels. He had been bringing messages of Almighty Allah to all the Prophets (May peace be upon the all). Likewise, he used to bring the message of Almighty Allah (the holy Qur'an) to the beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).
Jews and Christians say that Gabriel never spoke to Muhammad. Islam teaches that Gabriel did indeed speak to Muhammad, even giving him the verses of the Qur'an. Finally, many people believe that angels, and therefore Gabriel, do not even exist.
Gabriel commanded Muhammad to write "The Quran".
The Koran (Qur'an) does not say that Jesus did not die. Muslims revere Jesus as a prophet, but say that Muhammad was the greatest prophet. Islamic belief is that Jesus was not divine, and so believe that he died as all humans do. The question may be referring to verse 4.157 of the Koran, which seems to be derived from early Christian Docetic beliefs, saying that those who sought to kill him slew him not, nor did they crucify him - it just appeared to them that they did. However, it is doubtful that this one irregularity in the Islamic account was fully understood by the early Muslims when it found its way into the Koran. This is not to say that the Koran is either more or less true than the Christian Bible, just that other beliefs are also valid. In Islam all prophets are the same 2:285

Prophet Muhammad is the teacher. His life is taken as a model of all the Muslims. Even how to sleep, eat, learn, teach, sit, say, and everything. If you are seeking answers, the Koran (Qur'an) and the prophet's speaches will give you the answers.
