Basically along "fault lines" , which are actually cracks in the earth. These cracks are better known as "tectonic plates", which are always moving, but way slower than you can even think about. When an earthquake happens, two tectonic plates are rubbing by each other causing vibration between the plates. This vibration is actually an earthquake that people feel and can either be a weak one, which causes minimal damage and minimal cause of death. But the heavier the vibration, stronger and deadlier earthquakes happen.

A thunderstorm would never result from an earthquake. Earthquakes can cause fires by breaking gas lines and electrical wires, but there is no mechanism by which an earthquake could cause a thunderstorm.
Yes. Not likely Though. Most Likely If There is An Earthquake Near A Coast There Would Be A Hurricane After.
The most famous Earthquake is the Haiti Earthquake. That would partly depend on where you lived. To people in Lisbon, the most famous earthquake would be that which destroyed that Portuguese city in the early 1700s.
earthquake?
yes because there in earthquake perimeter
It is possible but extremely unlikely. If a tornado an earthquake were to strike at the same time it would be purely by coincidence.
Any that are built in an earthquake area if you don't want them to fall. And any that would not stand on their own in an earthquake.
The Mercalli scale would most likely be used to measure earthquake damage.

Landslide.
wherever there is a fault line
It could, but it would be more likely to strike a metal part.

Along other plate boundriesAn earthquake would least likely happen in the middle of the continent away from the ocean because there is no way for another plates to push and rub up against it causing the earthquake.
