on my 1986 turbo, it was just past the firewall on the drivers side. if you follow the exhaust back from the engine you will find it. 2 wires looks kinda like a spark plug. o'reilly has adaptors to remove the o2 sensors. buy or leave a deposit on it.
The 1988 Toyota oxygen sensor is located on the air cleaner housing. You will find the sensor, on the back side of the housing.

The oxygen sensor in a 1988 Cadillac Deville is located in the exhaust manifold. It constantly monitors oxygen levels in the exhaust to allow the engine to operate and peek efficiency.
If your 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity has the V6 engine the oxygen sensor is in the middle of the exhaust manifold nearest the firewall. If you have the 4 cylinder engine the oxygen sensor is located in the exhaust manifold just above the exhaust pipe flange.
I have a 1988 300zx non turbo... and i have a speedometer cable that connects to the transmission as well as the speed sensor that is near the front passenger side of the car.. it is near the vacuum. its a little round thing mounted to the car with 3 wires and a cable coming out of it.

The oxygen sensor on a 1988 Honda Prelude fuel injected engine is on the exhaust manifold. It screws directly onto the front of the exhaust manifold.
Chiltons auto manuals have good diagrams, your oxygen sensor is on your exhaust in front of the catalytic converter.

oxygen sensors are on the exhaust pipe close to the engine. Some are on the exhaust manifold. some may have an upstream and a down stream sensor.
they're usually after the cat-con on the exhaust...
