If you are in reference to king Nebuchadnezzar, then yes he did. In fact, Daniel was the only one that could. Not only did he interpret the dream, but because the king couldn't remember what he dreamt, Daniel had to tell him that too. If you want to know what the king dreamt or what the interpretation was, read the second chapter of the book of Daniel. It's really an amazing part of Bible prophecy.

The King was setup by his own priests and aristocracy to kill anyone who would not bow down and worship his image.
