The 1990 Chevrolet Corsica TCC transmission solenoid is located on the top of the transmission. The solenoid will be near the back of the transmission.

The tcc switch (tcc brake switch) is located under the dash near the brake pedal. The tcc solenoid is located under the side cover in the transmission/transaxle. Not sure what a TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) sensor is. There is however a TCC relay and a TCC solenoid. The TCC relay is found in the relay/fuse center and the TCC solenoid is located inside the transmission.
The tcc solenoid, and both shift solenoids are located in the SIDE pan of the transmission. Towards the front of the car, the tcc solenoid is the lowest one, or closest to the ground.

The TCC solenoid on a 1995 Caprice Classic is located in front of the transmission. It is bolted to the bottom of the pump.
TCC is not a sensor. It is a function controlled by the PCM using a solenoid. There is no such thing as a TCC sensor. There is no such thing as a tcc solenoid.There are two solenoids, an on/off solenoid and a shift solenoid, that is located inside the transmission on the valve body assembly. It is necessary to access the valve body inside the transmission to replace the solenoids.
On the side of the transmission
Inside the transmission. It can be accessed with removal of the transmission pan.
The TCC lockup solenoid is on the lower back side the valve body. When replacing it, you will need a new TCC, a new gasket and a new electrical connector.
