"Where is Sunni Islam headquartered?" (In the same vein as "Where is Catholicism headquartered? - Rome") The answer is relatively simple. Sunni Islam is an amalgamation of many different schools of thought and sects beneath them. They believe in many of the same things, but there is no place where all Sunna come together to make decisions, because they don't all agree on the same legalistic interpretations. (A Christian equivalent question would be "Where is Protestantism Headquartered?")
