It doesn't have an oil filter per-se, rather an oil strainer. Sorta a screen.
Anyway, it's on the center of the engine block on the bottom. Looks like a giant bolt. After draining your oil, get a big crescent wrench and remove it (doesn't require much torque at all despite the big bolthead.) Clean the screen with compressed air, and re-assemble so that the spring is underneath the strainer. Also be sure the o-ring is properly in place.
