On a 1996 Ford Ranger ( ASSUMING it is the same setup on your 1996 Mazda b3000 ) the fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch with the reset button on top ) is located in the front passenger footwell , in the corner , above the carpet and below the dash
There is none.
In order to reset a tripped fuel cut off switch you depress the red button located on the top of the switch. To locate the switch depends entirely on the year and make. Most likely its in the trunk area or in the right front kickpanel area.
