The Chaparral Biome is located at these places: Cape of Good Hope at the southern tip of South America, in western North America, from southwestern Oregon through California to Baja, California, southwestern Australia, central Chile, and the coastal regions around much of the Mediterranean Sea. Chaparral can also be found in the mountains of central Arizona and scattered through the Parque Nacional de Doñana in Spain. These two places are not mentioned with the other five, because some scientists do not believe that they are the chaparral.
