it was a 4 wheeled plastic toy that had 2 platforms to stand on which were joined by spokes that you stood on balancing and when you brought one foot down the other foot up you went forward or backwards in a walking motion. I could never balance on a skateboard but I had a great time going up and down the sidewalk as a teenager in the late 60s. It only went in straight line but you could sort of jump and twist to get it to turn corners. Mine had black plastic wheels and red plastic pedals/platforms approx. 5" wide and 12" long with aluminum rods. I think my daughter still has it
