Bank one is the passenger side on a Concorde. Sensor one is before the catalytic converter.

Bank 1 is the side of the motor with the number 1 cylinder, and on a 3.5 motor is the passenger side. Sensor 2 is the second sensor in the exhaust coming from the engine, normally the one after the catalytic convertor.
