It is the O2 sensor screwed into the front of the catalytic converter.
Bank one sensor one is above the converter.
BAnk one sensor one is above the cat on the back exhaust manifold. Sensor two is below the cat.
Bank one is the bank on the drivers side. The O2 sensor will be the first one going from the engine screwed into the exhaust system.
Bank one sensor one on a 2006 Ram is before the catalytic converter on the driver side.
There is one at each wheel.

Bank one, sensor one is screwed into the exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter.
2, one before and one after the catalytic converter.
Bank one is the side that includes cylinder number one. Bank two is the opposite side.
Bank 2 - passenger side. Sensor 1 - before the catalytic converter.
On the 3.6L bank one is the passenger side. On other engines it is driver side.
