Bess is on the Northwestern arm of Starfish Isle. Just look for the docks, she's the harbormistress.

You can find Admiral Leonard on the top left "arm" of Starfish Isle. He is underneath the palm tree directly right of the dock going from Starfish to the southern tip of Jungle Isle.

To capture a wild horse in 'Horse Isle 2', you click on the wild horse, then click 'capture', then you track it's hoof-prints and then click on the horse, then you have captured it. Good luck! :)
No you do not have to have your own horse to find a wild horse. Wild horses are not located on any main isle i.e. one with banks, general store's, etc. but if you walk around any other isle long enough you will find a wild horse.
It is a password, it is not for you to know.

A Comfortable Sleep for Bess (150qp) [Novice] ITEMS REQUIRED:: -50 small black feathers -Paraffin Wax -Beeswax WALKTHROUGH:: You can find Bess, the Harbour Mistress, at Starfish Isle Docks. Talk to her to start the quest. She will ask you to find somebody who can make her a waterproof pillow. Head to Barb Sower in Shellton who tells you that she needs Paraffin Wax from the local general store (Shellton General sells it to you for $500) and that you should talk to Evelynn about beeswax. You also need 50 small black feathers, these can be found on grass terrain on the isles or in general stores. Evelynn can be found on Bird Isle, and she sells you the Beeswax for $500. Once you have all the items, return to Barb and give her the items. She tells you to come back in a bit, so when you chat to her again the pillow will be ready. Return to Bess, give her the pillow and you complete the quest. You Completed A Comfortable Sleep for Bess. The Flag of the Isle of Main features a triskele, which an ancient design of three legs that are joined together at the thigh. It looks a little bit like a three-legged starfish.
