The 2005 Ford F1 50 pickup truck blower motor resistor pack can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The blower motor resistor pack is on the passenger side of the firewall.

it is behind the glove box for the 2004-2008 F150 truck. There is a connector with four pins in it and this part is held in place with 2 bolts only. I is more on the right hand side of the blower motor assembly
My guess would be the blower motor speed resistor is burned out.
Check the blower motor resistor/relay pack usually under the hood connected to the blower motor. You can start by using a multimeter and see if you are getting voltage to the blower motor electrical connector. It should read between 12 and 15v. If not then most likely the resistor/relay need to be replaced.
