It is found once in the New Testament eg:

Revelation 9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision: those who sat on them had breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.

and 47 times in the Old Testament eg:

Exodus39:31 And they tied to it a blue cord, to fasten it above on the turban, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

Numbers 4:6 Then they shall put on it a covering of badger skins, and spread over that a cloth entirely of blue; and they shall insert its poles.

Ezekiel 27:7 Fine embroidered linen from Egypt was what you spread for your sail; Blue and purple from the coasts of Elishah was what covered you.

See for example Exodus 25:4 and Numbers 4:6 and 15:38. Also Jeremiah 10:9, Ezekiel 27:7, and Esther 8:15.
