Who the hell still uses vista? get a better browser, such as chrome, or firefox. or opera. there are also several other browsers which are better options than netscape. Or you could just use IE. not that i recommend it but at this point it's better than netscape

It depends on what browser you're using. If you're using IE, then you have to go to View->Source to open a new window with the source code. If you're using another major browser, Ctrl+U will show the source code.
