it is on the driver side of the head near the top...roughly 1 1/2" eye shaped, help by 2 bolts with a 3 pin electrical connector.....it would be on the end of the intake valve cam shaft or the cam closest to the front of the car on drivers side.
There is no such thing as a cam sensor valve. The camshaft position sensor is powered by the PCM, there is no individual fuse.

The cam sensor on the 4 cylinder is on the end of the head. On a 6 cylinder it is on the front timing cover.
The cam sensor is part of the distributor, the entire distributor needs changed. You can not get the cam sensor separately.
