There is parking at 30th & JFK parking lot. I recently parked there and based on the signs, the lot is under new management (the entrance to the lot is on JFK). They seem to have made some positive changes, the lot is much better maintained and actually clean! The staff was helpful when I went to pay for my parking. The price is also reasonable at $22 per day, which is $5 cheaper than 30th street station but just as close.
30th Street Station Parking can be found in the Amtrak parking structure, directly adjacent to The Cira Centre (and to 30th Street Station). To get to the parking structure, turn right into the driveway of The Cira Centre at 2929 Arch Street and follow the signs straight into the parking garage. The Cira Centre is connected directly to the parking structure via bridge from the third level of the parking structure, which will take you immediately to the front doors of The Hub Cira Centre, located on the right hand side upon passing through the doors into the Cira Centre mezzanine. The current cost for parking is $12 for the first 1/2 hour and $17 for the day. These prices may change without notice and Amtrak offers no discounts for this parking structure. There are parking meters located at Amtrak 30th Street Station that run $2/hr and accept only quarters. There is a change machine located just inside the doors at the south side of the station. We recommend that you go into 30th Street Station and access The Cira Centre via the skybridge to avoid crossing the busy street between the station and The Cira Centre. The Hub Cira Centre is located just off of that skybridge as you walk towards the parking structure. There is parking that is available at the Greyhound bus station in San Diego. The address of the station is 1313 National Ave., San Diego, CA 92101.
Its 41miles by car. By train, take SEPTA R7 to Amtrak 30th Street station then take SEPTA R1 to Philadelphia Airport. Thanks, Kasi

They have a quick drop-off at the entrance, but you can't leave the car unattended due to no-parking. I do not believe the station itself has parking, but the surrounding streets have curb parking and there are a couple of pay-to-park lots in the area.
Yes during the day theirs no legal street parking so u must use a paid Private lot, just bring a healthy credit card and you have no proplem. At night their is street parking which becomes free after midnight if your out that late the parking is free but about a 50-50 chance the car will actually still be there.
No. It doesn't belong to him. It is a city street and open for parking. The only time there are ordnances about parking is with trailers, boats, and a semi truck . These do that a time limit, but a car doesn't . You can park there.
You cannot book a place for the stevenage railway station car park
50p every hour
Yes, the car has to yield
If you are driving a car or have it parked on a public street or parking lot then it must have insurance
