Torque specs for a 1995 subaru impreza 2.2 head bolts?
From all the information I could gather, it does NOT have a fuse. Just the relay, which is hidden in the dash behind the fuse box. It's the green relay in group of three(White, Brown, Green.)
I have a 1995 impreza non-turbo. The fuse box in located on the passenger side wing in the engine bay. At the rear of the fuse box top middle is the locking device. Push the tab on the inside towards the fuse box and lift the cover off
Have you checked the central locking fuse (should be in the car, not engine bay) that would be linked to the immobilizer but if the car starts while the Central locking doesn't then changing the fuse might solve the problem.
Norm Locking died in 1995.
