The central locking relay is attached to the ECU, fitted behind the right (EU) back passenger side panel.
Inside the fuse box under the hood on the drivers side of the car.
Hi bud, the central locking relay is located in the passenger foot well just above the kick panel, bolted to the body by one 10mm bolt, its black with one white plug n roughly the size of a small pack of smoke's, there's one selling on e-bay for 8 quid, if you need 1? why not check it out so you know what your looking for, hope that helps. In the fuse box by the battery. It'll be one of the big ones. The fuse box should tell you once you open it.
Have you checked the central locking fuse (should be in the car, not engine bay) that would be linked to the immobilizer but if the car starts while the Central locking doesn't then changing the fuse might solve the problem.
