More than likely the flasher relay is bad. Replace it. I would tell you where it is but I have no idea what model car a Seat Cordoba is. Never heard of it.
Next to the driver's seat, between the seat and the sill plate is a pair of levers. The front one opens the "Hood" and the rear lever opens the "Trunk". As long as your Central Locking System is working, and you unlocked the car with the key fob, they will allow them both to open. If your central locking system is not working, they are locked and will open neither.
it has happed to me
Features on the new Saab 900 Turbo include new front seat styles, central locking doors, increased horsepower, rear seat head rests and a 2.1 liter engine.
You have to clap twice and if that does not work then turn the on botton off.
ELR - Emergency Locking Retractor..Seat Belt Retract you when you face collision.
Push rearward on the bottom of the front of bench (takes a lot of pressure) to release locking clips Lift out bench seat You will then see bolts or clips holding the back of the seat Remove or release these Lift upward on the back of the seat to release upper locking clips Remove back of seat
By the battery, underneath the seat locking mechanism. Remove the seat, take out the two bolts holding the locking mechanism to the frame and underneath that you will find the fuse box.
Remove all that "junk" from under the seat, you may have something under there that is holding the locks from locking in place. If not I would remove the seat by unbolting the bolts that hold it down. With the seat removed, turn the seat upside down and examine the locking mechanism, maybe a spring broke or something got bent.
