More than likely the flasher relay is bad. Replace it. I would tell you where it is but I have no idea what model car a Seat Cordoba is. Never heard of it.

Check your fuses. Try checking that your indicators are in the off position
Check bulbs -- they are double filamented--smaller filament for stop lights - larger filament is for tailightsDo parking lights and dash lights work? If not could be a fuse or headlight switchCheck your relay switch located in the trunk, on the driver side, near the rear seat. Might be burned out.
Try checking & replacing turn signal flasher, which is usually located underdash by your left knee if your sitting in the drivers seat. Good Luck...
You have to clap twice and if that does not work then turn the on botton off.
The same sound is made for several warnings on a car. Try fastening your seat belts for both front belts, checking if any lights are left on, wiggling the ignition switch once the key is removed. Hazard light don't normally use a buzzer so someone may have connected a buzzer in place of a flasher in that circuit.
The OBD port on a Seat Cordoba is typically located beneath the dashboard, near the driver's seat. You can usually find it around the area where the steering column meets the dashboard, often near the fuse box or just above the pedals. If you're having trouble locating it, checking the owner's manual can provide specific details.
There are two flasher relays on the Volvo 460. One operates the hazard indicators and the seat belt warning light. This one is located in the switch assembly itself. The relay for the indicators is behind the clock on the facia panel (near the hazard light switch). My relay was fixed to the clock wiring with a tie strap. if it isn't it will be there somewhere. It is a small black cube about 1" square. If the car is fitted with a towbar the relay will have two wires coming from it,(brown and blue on my car), these are held in with small spring clips that need to be depressed to disconnect the wires. This relay is difficult to obtain and is used to connect the warning lights from the trailer to the car. They cost about
The fuse for the indicators on a VW T5 is typically located in the fuse box, which is usually found on the driver's side of the dashboard or under the driver’s seat. You can identify the specific fuse for the indicators by referring to the fuse box diagram, usually found on the cover of the fuse box or in the vehicle's owner's manual. The indicator fuse is often labeled with a symbol representing turn signals or "indicators." If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the indicator lights.
