610 Bay Street (At Bay and Dundas)
Take the subway to Dundas Station. From Dundas Station there are three exits; one that goes up a stairway to a Bus Depot, one that goes through doors to the Eaton Center, and a third that directly enters a hallway (no doors or stairs) that leads directly into a mall.
Take that third exit and walk down the hallway, and turn left at a long hallway you'll find on your left. Currently there's a Tim Horton's at that left corner where the two hallways meet.
Follow the long hallway to its end. At its end is a set of doors that lead outside to a set of cement steps, which in turn lead down to a cement landing. From the landing there is a set of cement steps on either side that lead to the street.
The fourth set of cement steps leads up from the landing to a set of doors. These doors takes you into the Greyhound Station. On entering, there's an escalator on your right that takes you up to the main floor of the Greyhound Station - to the seating area and ticket tellers, and departure area for the buses.
Toronto's Bus Depot ('The Toronto Coach Terminal') on Bay Street is within walking distance of the Delta Chelsea. There is, I believe, bus service direct to the Buffalo Airport. Call the Bus Depot: 416-393-7911.
The address to the Toronto, ON, Canada Greyhound Bus station is 610 Bay Street. The phone number is 14163934636.
