P0355 means Ignition Coil E Primary/secondary circuit malfunction. good luck
I'm not a mechanic / technician but I know on the Lincoln LS , 3.0 litre V6 engine that the engine cylinder locations are numbered : firewall 3 - 6 2 - 5 1 - 4 front of vehicle So I ASSUME the coils are : firewall c - f b - e a - d front of vehicle ( at least that would make sense to me )
I'm not a mechanic / technician but on a 2004 Lincoln LS , 3.9 liter V8 the engine cylinder locations are numbered : firewall 4 - 8 3 - 7 2 - 6 1 - 5 front of Lincoln LS , 3.9 liter V8 engine So , I ASSUME it would be : firewall D - H C - G B - F A - E front

E 85, no. The normal gas with up to 11%, yes.
If you mean the " E " at the bottom of the fuel gauge that means the fuel tank is ( Empty , that there is no fuel left in the tank )
you just need your e brakes replaced which are on your back wheels only
no
