between the 2nd and third spark plug wire on top of the motor in the head look for a rubber grommet take that off there will be an electrical snap connection undo that go back to your truck and see if the temperature gauge registers under cool down in the black also if the idiot light aka orange light shape of motor is now off also and your a/c will blow warm instead of cold that's the temperature coolant sensor controls gauges hot /cold the other is at the back of the motor it controls the computer that sends data to the motor for air and gas its called sending unit on the back in the center up top just like the other one plugged
