its on the side of the engine! behind the intake manifold...
between the intake manifold and the firewall.
It's behind the manifold on the driver side
EGI.. do you mean EGR?
The EGR valve is mounted on the rear of the engine. It is connected to two pipes, just above the bell housing.
on a 2.5l it is mounted on the intake plennum in the back against the firewall
I've just cleaned the EGR valve on my 1999 Sebring Convertible. The EGR valve is over by the battery. Look from the front for something that resembles a thermostat.Old AnswerI have a 98 lxi V6. I believe the 3.0 liter is layed out in the same fashion. If it is, the valve is attached to the back of the intake plenum(the big silver thing that looks like 6 tubes stuck together) between the plenum and the firewall. Go to an autoparts store and buy a manual for the sebring. The directions are in there. That is how I did it. Hope this helps.
You need to take the intake manifold off and radiator
Start and stall out, possibly. Not start at all, not likely.
The EGR valve is located at the front of the h22a4 engine. The EGR valve is right beside of the front of the EGR valve.
To replace the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control circuit on a 2002 Chrysler Sebring, start by disconnecting the battery to ensure safety. Locate the EGR valve and its associated wiring harness; remove the EGR valve from the intake manifold by unscrewing the bolts. Inspect and replace any damaged wiring in the control circuit, then install the new EGR valve and reconnect the wiring harness before reattaching the battery. Finally, clear any diagnostic trouble codes with a scan tool to reset the system.
Yes, the EGR valve, or port EGR
The PCM controls the EGR valve, so the EGR position sensor tells the PCM what position the EGR valve is in, so it can control the EGR valve and ake other necessary adjustments.
It doesn't have an Egr valve. It doesn't have an Egr valve.
