It is the relay for the heating and cooling fan
Blower fan relay is stuck or fused contacts, replace it
i have a 2003 chev astro van and need to replace the blower fan
A typical blower motor relay only operates the high speed function.
In my '96 beretta the cooling fan relay switch is located on the drivers side strut tower. That may not be the problem. If your fan still won't work after changing the relay switch try the coolant temperature switch/sensor.
Under hood fuse panel box. It is labled "Cooling Fan". To easily check it,swap it out with the "heater blower fan" relay and see if the heater blower works. Both relay's are made the same.
Passenger side firewall
Check the blower relay, it may be getting stuck..............
Built in the fan blower/motor.
Its not the relay, it is the blower motor resistor.
The blower motor relay is located under the hood right next to the blower motor near the firewall.............
A fan or cooler relay is used in electrical furnace to change the blower speed to the blank speed for cooling
