According to the 1998 Ford Expedition Owner Guide : The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is located in the front passenger foot well , behind the kick panel * the reset button is on top of the switch
?? BUT 1999 is at front passengers floor board right panel I think.
There is no fuel reset switch. There is a fuel pump fuse within the fuse box and there is a relay inside of the electrical panel in the engine compartment, but there is no reset switch.
