Where is fuse for cigarette lighter located on a 2005 Jeep Liberty?

The "Cigar Lighter" fuse in a 2005 Jeep Liberty is located in the interior fuse panel (not the one in front of the battery in the engine compartment).
To access the intireor fuse panel:
Open the driver's door all the way.
On the side of the dash near the door hinge is the access panel to the interior fuse box. It looks like a piece of plastic trimming. At the bottom there is an indentation. Grab the indentation section of the panel and gently pull out. The whole panel will "snap" open. The entire panel comes off the side of the dash. That will reveal the interior fuse box. The fuse number assignments embosed on the under-side of the panel you just removed.
According to the owner's manual, the Cigar Lighter fuse is #3, a yellow 20 amp fuse. This is the third fuse down from the top on the row closest to the door hinge.
There is a "fuse puller" attached to the panel cover. Use this or very small pair of needle-nosed pliers to pull the fuse. Sometimes it takes quite a bit of force. Resist the urge to "wiggle" the fuse out as this can, in rare instances, damage the socket.
There are no "spare" fuses in this fuse box. Any auto parts store will have the "yellow" 20 amp fuse. Just place it back in socket #3 and push firmly in place. Replace the cover panel by snapping it back into place and you are done.
