The glow-plug relay module is on the passenger side valve cover, it is silver with two big connectors on it one green and one black. I have not had much trouble out of these a lot of cold starting problems fall back on the injectors.

the glow plug controller is grounded through the coolant temp sensor . @ 16,000 ohms resistance... normal...seems to have to have it to work. new controllers by international seem to be real resonsive. smaller electronics.
