The ECM (engine control module ) is located on the center of the firewall just above the motor. It's the thing that has a lot of wires going to it.
Timing is handled by the computer, there is no adjustment needed.
A Dodge B250 Van does not have a mass airflow sensor.

Powertrain Control ModuleIt's the computer mounted to the firewall with the three sets of wires going to it. It handles all sensors, warning lights, transmission shifting (if electric), spark ignition, electronic choke..... Pretty much everything electric is handled by the PCM.
