The question is far TOO broad to answer here. The better question would be to disclose where YOU got YOUR ticket and then ask if it was properly issued or not.
Aside from the obvious answer of 'wherever there are no parking signs posted,' there are thousands of other regulations throughout the states which govern the illegal parking of vehicles. An EXTREMELY short sample might include examples such as: within 25 ft of a fire hydrant - within 25 ft of a RR crossing - on a bridge - within 15 feet of a crosswalk - on a sidewalk - handicapped parking (unless you have a placard) - within 15 ft of a bus stop - etc - etc - etc -etc - ad nauseum. Many of these locations do NOT have signs posted and none are required. You bear the responsibility of being aware of the laws which govern your operation of a vehicle.
It is illegal to park a car in front of a fire hydrant.
The owner of the car park might not approve, and can consider it trespassing. But it's not illegal as such. If you have your car in there (giving you a valid reason to go there) it shouldn't be a problem riding your bike to the car.
If you drive it on the street or park it on the street, yes. I has to be registered.
You park in the basement car park.
Not illegal to start it but illegal to move the car.
No, it is not illegal to start a car but drive a car is illegal.

No. However, if there is any nudity, it may trigger public indecency. Additionally, if the car is parked in a place where it shouldn't be, such as in a closed park, it could be trespass.
