it is located right under the rear passenger seats. just lift up the bottom part of the seat and you will see 2 hoses and some wiring that's your fuel pump

it is on fuse-relay box (0n drivers side).it is number 409.
Pull the back seat out of the car and remove the black plate underneath the seat. The sending unit and fuel pump is under there!

Fuel tank
The fuel filter is under the hood. It's clamed to the side of the air box cover, on the side closest to the fender. Unscrew the clamp and then loosen the two fuel fittings from either end using the correct size wrenches.
The Volkswagen Rabbit requires at least 87-octane fuel. In most areas (at least in the U.S.), this is considered "regular" grade gas. Higher octane gas may be used, but will have little to no effect on engine performance.
