If the 2002 is like the 2004...
Check the bottom passenger side.
Unclick and remove the (1/2"x1/2") connector to it.
Remove the two screws.
The resistor should fall out.
Hand tighten the screws back in place so you don't lose them.
The Blower resistor should be tested which is located near the blower motor, the resistor is probably faulty.
For the 1989 Dodge Ram, the heater blower motor resistor can be found on the passenger's side, on the bottom of the heater box. It is beside the blower motor.
Blower motor resistor assembly is located under dash board on passenger side.
Most likely the blower resistor has failed. It is located under the hood in the side of the heater box.
I have changed resistor a d blower motor still not working, maybe i missed a fuse or could the control switch not work?
Most likely a failed blower resistor.
The resistor block or blower motor resistor is used to control the speed of the blower motor. That is how you get the lower speeds on your air conditioning or heater. The higher the resistance the lower the speed of the motor.

Inside the cab. Passenger side. Inspect the heater ducts Look for five wires going to the resistor. Should be two screws holding it in.
On the Dodge Ram truck, the heater fuse for the blower is on the fuse panel on top of the battery. There is also a blower motor resistor on the blower motor. The fuse to control the heat control panel is in the fuse box in the dash.
The blower motor resistor pack is bad.
